I have attended various trainings such as Basic Customer Service Skills, Marketing Techniques, Fire & Safety, Concession Handling, Operational SOP etc.It helped me to increase my self confidence, motivation level, self development, and resulted in my job promotion.
I am really proud to say my capacity to adopt new methods is boosted and my communication and customer service skills are developed well. I am really motivated with the positive energy after each and every sessions.I am benefited both in my professional and personal life.When I went across some fire emergency I could responded well by using the fire extinguishers, only because of the basic knowledge received from our in house trainings.

I really enjoyed all type of trainings that I have attended. The training was useful due to everything got referred back to our job roles - how to perform good communication with in my work setting.I have learned how to handle situations , how the patrons should be able to move themselves or when they need support.Now I have a greater understanding on how to perform my duties.The training session paved me greater knowledge about my job responsibility and the tasks needed to be done .
The training I received from CSF has helped me in my first job.I have attended all the various training sessions including fire/safety, F&B training, customer service, food hygiene, operational SOP and all module training.I am very much grateful and thankful to everyone, I feel really proud to say that my ability to adopt the new methodology has increased and customer service skills have been well developed.I have learned a lot here, official and personal life all through training such as attempts to handle customer complaints, handle the team, management, define and achieve goals/targets for the department.
There are many things that I learnt from the trainings provided.I learnt how to perform excellently at the box office and how to communicate with the guest.Since the guest’s first visit is at the box office, we are taught to create a good impression on them with our grooming and communication skills so that they visit our property.
I liked the grooming module the most.It helps me to change myself and it helps me to increase my confidence and knowledge.I also learned how to express to someone very effectively and efficiently.
I like the module of box office and grooming.We learned how to contact or communicate with guest, how to convince them and how to set the ideal box office.We had lots of fun during the training as we had activities like dance, singing, playing dialogues, we never had such experience before this.
My career has flown after attending the trainings. I have applied all behavioural trainings while attending Customers, resolving any staff or customer grievance, taking decisions related to revenue generation etc.Behavioral training helped me in grooming me as a better employee, better person and better leader.Functional Trainings helped me in resolving all operational issues and taking better business decisions.
